Check Out This NES Remix 2 Trailer

NESRemix2Title

It’s easy to dismiss NES Remix as a basic idea, that’s actually what I did when I first heard about it. However as an old school Nintendo fan, once you get into it, you’ll see why it’s such a fun experience. Taking a bunch of memorable moments and creating challenges from them is just one part of NES Remix. The other is remixed stages that include game changes or even placing characters in each others games! NES Remix 2 even comes with the entire first Super Mario Bros. game in reverse! Running right to left. Want to see what new games are included this time around? Read on for the full trailer!

It really is something else to play one of these titles. The first one had a bunch of memorable moments and the sequel looks to have a fantastic selection of titles added in. I’ll have more later in the week on what makes NES Remix so much fun! The game will be available on the Wii U eShop on April 25th.

I love and miss the NES games! Although… to be honest, I normally just emulate them if I wish to play them…

That’s the fun thing with NES Remix though. It’s like getting tons of Nostalgia in a few hours lol. The best part is just flying through boss battles and memorable moments in the challenges. I’m hoping for more of that in this sequel since that’s one of the main things that made NES Remix 1 such a quality game.

Oh I didn’t catch that the Remix was its own game! I just thought it was the original games emulated on the Wii, not that it was some mix-mash of several popular games. That does give it a different appeal.

Oh yeah, I have an article coming soon that illustrates the gameplay better, but it’s quite a fun experience. I loved the titles in the first game, but I think the second has a wider range of games that will keep people playing longer. That and being able to race through Zelda 2: The Adventures of Link in little bite sized sections instead of plowing through the whole adventure all over again really appeals.
