Don’t Forget To Promote Your Contest Entry!

twcc3blog

The only way you can win is coming in with the most votes so be sure to promote your contest entry every where you can to get to first place! Don’t forget too, there’s nothing in the rules that prevents you from voting on your own entry. That and votes can be cast again every day so keep at it! We have six entries right now and voting has already begun! The Dwarf On Vacation Art Contest runs until July 31st so be sure to vote all you can.

Keep it going everyone! There’s just six days left until the contest ends. Make your entry count by getting all the support you can! :D

I put one in yesterday evening but it has yet to appear…

Sorry about that. I send a reply about it and hopefully it went to the right address. >_< lol. Unfortunately you’ll need to incorporate a Christmas tree into your submission and then resubmit it. Don’t forget though, it can literally be included in anyway which way. You can stick it on the dwarf as a tattoo as far as the rules go lol.

I got it, and just replied.
Check out the palm tree with the FedEx boxes underneath it. ;-)

I know that some people missed the explanation about the unique contest promoter links. Is there any way of making it more obvious on the contest participation page?

I honestly don’t know myself. I take it the link is available in the comic admins for each user. Marty handled the creation of all the content with Richard.

Also, unless you are getting lots of spam comments, you might want to look into changing the comments settings so they aren’t always auto-moderated. It stifles discussion a bit.

We are getting a lot of spam comments unfortunately.

Any way to whitelist known not spammers?

Not that this time unfortunately. It’s an error with our current setup. Hopefully it will be fixed soonish.
